contra-tracer-json

Acquire a contra-tracer Tracer that wraps each message in an Envelope (timestamp, thread id, namespace) and writes it as one JSON object per line, through a bounded, batching, back-pressured writer thread. Polymorphic in the base monad via io-classes, so the same tracers run under io-sim in tests.
