io-classes-labelled

Thin wrappers over io-classes that attach a label to each TVar, TMVar, TQueue, TBQueue or thread they create. The labels show up in io-sim traces and as GHC thread labels, making deadlock and liveness diagnosis tractable. Nothing here is specific to any application; it is the labelling discipline made convenient.
